I have completed the on line reservation, what do I have to do now?
Check your emails, to find the reservation confirmation email we have sent you. Make sure that all data mentioned (flight number, date, contact details, etc.) are correct.
I havenít received the reservation confirmation email
It is possible that the reservation confirmation email has been directed to your spam folder, because of the undesired email filters installed. If however you are not able to locate it there, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send it again to you.
What is included in the price? Are there any additional charges?
The price communicated to you, regards the transfer of 1-4 persons with their luggage, to the destination required. There is not any additional charge whatsoever (like tolls etc.).
What vehicle will expect me?
Our fleet consists of luxury Mercedes E-Class cars, all of them in excellent condition, equipped with all modern day facilities and complying with all legal demands, licenses and insurance coverage of the Greek legislation.
Is tipping included in the price? Is it obligatory?
Tipping is not included in the price and of course it is not compulsory. If however you are completely satisfied of the services provided, then tipping remains at your discretion.
How will I recognize your associate and where will he expect me?
Our associate driver, will be expecting you at the arrivals hall of the airport/ port/ station, holding a sign with our firm’s logo and your name. He will be standing close to the arrival gate where he can be spotted easily. As soon as you spot him, walk towards him.
What if my plane/ship/bus delays?
There is no reason to worry about.
We are always in contact with the information desk of airports/ports/bus stations, to know the updated exact time of your arrival, to arrange your picking up time accordingly.
What if I arrive to the meeting point prior to the driver?
This is something practically impossible to happen, unless something extreme like an accident occurs. In this case, all you need to do, is remain at the meeting point until our associate arrives, or contact us at our helpdesk. A replacement vehicle will be on its way already.
What if we are in need of a child car seat?
You need to specify this at the time of your reservation. The equipment required will be available in the hired vehicle at no additional charge.
What if I have plenty of luggage?
There is no luggage limit, as long as they can fit in the vehicle’s storage compartment. You must take into consideration that in a cab’s trunk, up to 4-5 medium size suitcases can be fitted.
May I smoke during the ride?
We would like to remind you that according to European Union’s legislation, smoking is not permitted inside taxis.
I canít find my desired destination through your on line reservation system.
Our reservation system supports many – but not every - standard routes. You are kindly requested, to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for letting us know the desired pick up and destination places and we will get in contact with you as soon as possible for further details.
I just want a sightseeing or archaeological visit tour. Is this possible?
Sure, just contact us at email@example.com and let us know the tour desired, so we can come up with the most appropriate proposal at an affordable price.
May I also book my return trip?
You can do this during your on line reservation. You always have the option, to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will proceed accordingly.
May I change my booking date?
Certainly, you can do this at no extra charge, provided that you will notify us at least 24 hours prior to the date already booked. You can also contact us at email@example.com or call our helpdesk.
What if a strike, state of emergency, or something else unpredictable is going on?
We guarantee that we will do everything possible to take you without any troubles to your destination.
